THE FIRST-RECORDING GUIDE
Your recording.
A clear next step.
From setup to a reviewed clip, with a workflow that stays on your Windows PC.
01. Make it your workspace.
Open Settings, choose a creator name, optionally set a character or champion, and select your recording folder. Choose finished-video folders and filename prefixes. Download the local English speech model when prompted. Activate the included creative service using your VenuzClips access code and read the linked data-processing information. There is no provider setup or API key to enter.
Choose your maximum number of shorts, quantity-versus-quality preference and moment preferences in the Content Playbook. Set hook style, caption color and the short-music switch in Settings.
02. Process a finished recording.
Select a completed MP4, MKV or MOV in VOD Library, then start processing. Keep the PC on. Progress and logs show transcription, game detection and production. The original is read, not moved.
If a clip or longform step fails, independent outputs continue where possible. Open the log for details. Restarting can reuse matching checkpoints.
03. Review the story.
Open Content Library, select a VOD folder and inspect the short or longform video. Watch the beginning and end. Edit the description and save it. For shorts, the hook text field and Regenerate button replace the hook on the same cut; timing and audio stay the same. Review the regenerated result.
For longform, you may upload your own thumbnail. VenuzClips does not automatically generate thumbnails.
04. Take your files with you.
Download one MP4 or use the folder download for a ZIP. Configured output folders also receive finished videos before upload, with your prefix and continuing numbering. Downloaded shorts and longform can be uploaded to YouTube separately.
05. Connect and publish on TikTok.
- In Settings, choose the TikTok connection action and authorize your account in the browser.
- In a short's review, open the TikTok options. Check the target account, video preview and saved description.
- Explicitly select an available privacy level. Enable comments, Duet or Stitch only if wanted and permitted.
- Choose accurate commercial and realistic AI-content disclosures.
- Confirm the required music and, when applicable, branded-content terms. Explicitly choose to publish.
- Check the actual returned status. Processing can take time. If the outcome is unclear, check status rather than uploading again.
Publishing requires the configured connection service and TikTok permissions. Unaudited clients remain subject to TikTok's private-testing restrictions. The website itself does not process or upload your VOD.
06. Keep the workspace tidy.
Disconnecting revokes the active TikTok connection. Deleting a library item or VOD folder removes its local outputs. Original recordings and already-published posts remain; manage those separately when needed.
