Your app version, Windows version, the step you were on and the error message. Please do not send API keys, tokens or private recordings.
Processing finished with errors.
Open the processing log. Successfully produced content remains available. A restart can reuse matching checkpoints. Check that the recording is finished, readable and has the expected audio track.
The app still shows the old interface.
Finish any active processing, close VenuzClips, reopen it and reload the browser. Verify that you opened the intended project or installed app.
TikTok does not offer public visibility.
Available options come from TikTok. Account settings, granted permissions and app approval can restrict them. VenuzClips does not bypass those restrictions.
An upload is waiting for confirmation.
Check the platform status from the review dialog. Do not resend an unclear or already-transferred upload. Deleting a library item does not delete a TikTok post.
Do I need a separate AI account?
No. AI hooks and descriptions are integrated into VenuzClips. Activate your installation with a VenuzClips access code. If the creative service is unavailable or a usage limit is reached, the affected step reports an error rather than substituting generic local text. Contact support if activation fails.
Can I edit any game or language?
VenuzClips is aimed at gaming creators. English speech is currently supported, and automatic gameplay detection is validated for League of Legends. Detection for other games and transcription in other languages have not yet been validated for this release.
